Congrats kat! A little over a pound a day seems like alot.. my nutrition teacher told us its not healthy to lose more then 3-4lbs a week. But if your doing it correctly, then thats really good, you should write a book! hahah..

I noticed that im getting good ab definition now that ive been working out more. I can see a 4 pack! hahah..just gotta get the lower region more toned.. ugh!

sheesh more than a pound a day! are you meauring your weight at the same time each day? like in the AM? because you have to account for the water weight. but if your losing that much....just watch out for that rebound!

but if it make you happy more power to ya. just hope your doing the safe way, which will last, and not a crash diet which youll end up gaining in the long run.

I think the first few pounds I lost was water weight.

But you guys are right, this weight is coming off really fast. I hope it's not going to hurt me in the long run.

I was talking to this guy at Starbucks because I wanted some tea with no carbs but they didn't have any. He told me that he's been doing no carbs for 3 weeks and he lost 25 pounds. WOAH?!????

I love short girls...I'm 6'0 and all my girlfriends have been 5'4 or under. I dated a girl who was 6'1 once...it was horrible. Limbs flying everywhere, the whole physical portion of the relationship becomes an obstacle course.

I'll stick to my petite girls...

Just cutting back calories and carbs, and eating healthier.

I seriously ate out all the time and I wasn't really gaining weight for some reason (probably because i was losing muscle and gaining fat.) I could feel love handles coming on.

Instead of eating out, I make my own food and try to keep teh calorie count low as well as carbs. I do less than 20g of carbs a day.

Hmm...working 11hrs/day really puts a damper on me not eating out. Just the convenience alone.

Wait...found a pic, all 6'1 of her.

I'd choose the small girl on that pic just because I like her face better (I'm only about 5ft10)

My 'new' gf (the Mexican cutie from IKEA) is 5f 4. Excellent for me(and her :rocks: )

yeah a few years back i tried the all protein and no carb thing...holy mother of god ill never do that again. true it does work....but at a hefty hefty cost. the first week i was in heaven. eating steaks like it was going out of style. then the gas/bloating thing happens. hmm not cool but a lil gas-x helps. then when i realized its not normal to finish each meal wih the delicious chalky antigas...it was too late. the cramps... oh gawd. terrible. it sucks you girls have to go through this every month. (i described it to my friend-girl and she agreed that what it feels like). kinda felt like the scene in braveheart when they kill william wallace.

so after that debacle i like to applaude you ladies i know im not strong enough to go through what you gals go through. and im not even going to talk about the grooming requirments you guys have also. terrible what cosmo does to a girl

haha uhm yeah its hard work to be a girl. especailly styling of the hair. that takes forever and a day.

however, i think eating all meat isn't healthy.

im doing no carb but a lot of what ive been eating have been veggies & greens. i do eat meat, but not by itself.
