sheesh more than a pound a day! are you meauring your weight at the same time each day? like in the AM? because you have to account for the water weight. but if your losing that much....just watch out for that rebound!
but if it make you happy more power to ya. just hope your doing the safe way, which will last, and not a crash diet which youll end up gaining in the long run. |

I lost 4 pounds in 1 month, but I also gained muscle mass, so its hard to tell...

I think the first few pounds I lost was water weight.
But you guys are right, this weight is coming off really fast. I hope it's not going to hurt me in the long run. |

I was talking to this guy at Starbucks because I wanted some tea with no carbs but they didn't have any. He told me that he's been doing no carbs for 3 weeks and he lost 25 pounds. WOAH?!????
