Dock space in Monaco during the Grand Prix is most definitely a rented thing at insane prices, and not covered under "stuff" or something that requires storage space. Plus, they probably wouldn't even let hoi polloi like you and me into the marina.....

Walking unaided now. It ain't pretty but it is a necessary transition. Balance as wonky but about 85% good. Raw strength, lifting weights is good. Functional and dynamic strength is wonky, as well. I can do 2 push-ups and plank for 30 seconds.

No therapy tomorrow. Back at it on Monday.

When I was in the hospital back in 2016 with my ticker issues, they had me restricted to bed 24/7 as a fall hazard. I was walking with a hurry-cane for a few weeks after being released, and making dashes between points to grab doors/walls for a month before I could walk semi-normal again. Keep pushing!!!!!

Thanks for the insight. I'm able to walk unaided but keep the cane on me for safety. I'm still wobbly in my moves to the left.

Had my Neurology follow=-up today and got a completely negative read on any residual effects from the stroke.

My brain is back open for business and I'm fully active in my role as Chief of Stuff for BP-OT. If anyone has Stuff that you want, let's get it from those who have it...after all, you deserve it all!!

Stroke occurs when blood supply to brain is interrupted or reduced. This deprives oxygen and nutrients supplied to the brain, causing brain cells to die.

I have familial HTN and my readings were higher as of late but not uncontrolled in the traditional sense. The prior weeks were 70+ hr work weeks and prior to that 2weeks of travel. All in all the exhaustion, bp spike and stress got me.

Slow down. Keep yourself in good nick. It's critical.
