Secret party mode means Max just pushes the car a little more. I think on some laps he lulls the others into thinking they have an edge but likely is just pulling back enough and then letting loose when needed.

P18 in his Aussie home race is a disaster !
Meanwhile Checo is doing well , but still far off from MAX the machine !

True but the team let him down letting him know too late of HUL bearing down on him so his strat for tomorrow will change from easy to a piece of work starting from 6th.

MAX's HONDA PU will now be sent to Sakura (Japan)
The Japanese believe that his PU cannot be repaired for the rest of the season and that the reigning World Champion has already lost one PU from his pool.
This means that he will have to complete the next 22 race weekends - including 6 sprint races - with 3 PU's !
