Just broke up with my gf of 5 months. I'd be lying if I said this thread didn't motivate me. My comments motivated her to lose 15lbs, but I couldn't tell. I think she kept telling me "I'm down 5 lbs!" "Down 8lbs!" etc to please me. I lose 5lbs after taking shits.
