r.e. the car theft video - that drop off the trailer is truly cringe-worthy, but it'll buff right out for the unsuspecting 'new' car purchaser. Also got a laugh at about 1:05, glad to see these are true master criminals who think that you only need to pull the hoodie hood tight to cover your hair - without that, all those full face pictures won't permit any identification, right (I guess they COULD all be dumb blondes....).

The car was actually unlocked/open as shown in the first part of the video, its just that the tow guys had no idea how to release the shift lock and place it in neutral hence the floor jack hack to take the car off the flat bed. This was actually a customers car in for service and not a car listed for sale. The Owner of the dealership was told by the police that the damage was caused by the car thieves and it was not until we sent him the video was he aware the police tow caused most of the damage.
