They also make cell phones for blind people. We have a friend that is totally blind and she uses her cell phone with TTY all the time.

I doubt anyone here was trying to find humor in anyone's disability.

Just that when you spend enough time in any high population metropolis, you see and hear people and or stories of individuals that prey on the kindness of strangers all the time by faking disabilities, causing many of us to become desensitized to it.

well if we examine the picture, the guy needs a walking stick so he probably cant see anything few inches away but he can see the phone few inches away??
