My goal is to eat healthy - which is extremely hard considering I hate cooking for myself...and I kinda have to eat out when I'm at work...I usually eat grilled chicken, but anything from a fast food place has excessive sodium, etc....

I should definitely get back on the wiifit and do some yoga...that helped w/ the hamstrings...

Just cook it and put it in separate baggies, grab and go. I bring 2 chicken breasts a day for lunch. Along with 2 veggies and a fruit, or vice versa.

On my 2nd week off from the gym now and it sucks ass!
