Picked those two this week to add to my collection. I'll have to go to the big city at the Select Store to get some of the ones that were recommended.

BTW, anyone drink white rum?

I should get a good white rum and try in neat but I've always found white rums lack body and flavour of the darker rums. No you've done it, I'll have to do some research.

I went to some boutique small-plate place with the wife over the weekend.
The waitress brings out the dessert menu, I don't even want to look I'm so full of flat breads.

Then I see it, the Kirk and Sweeney flight!!! 12, 18, 24, and some grand reserve or something. 1oz each, $16. I'd already had two HARD kambucha's, and I was on call. I told her next time we come, I'm having dessert FIRST!!

Going to St. Lucia at the end of this year with my wife and some friends. I plan on buying a few locally distilled bottles of rum there and bringing them back. From what I have read, St. Lucia is known for their high quality rum. Should be fun!
