Banana walnut muffins I done made myself. With Wifey's expert tutelage. No small amount of work. Mix up the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients in separate bowls, then combine and mix them thoroughly. Then into the muffin tin. Bake at one temp for a few minutes, then change the temp and bake some more. But they are tasty, so worth the effort, I guess.
