Well folks, it finally happened.

I have to say, it wasn't bad. Not great, but not bad. If they didn't label it croissant I would have never made the connection. But the crust did have a butteriness to it and maybe a little more flaky than normal.

Next elephant in the room - pineapple. Yes there's pineapple on this pizza. I justify it by also adding serrano peppers. Pineapple by itself is a big no no for me on pizza. But weirdly, when combined with something spicy like jalapenos or serrano peppers, the combination just works brilliantly. It transforms the pizza into something that's spicy, but offset a little by the sweetness of the pineapples and also gives it a bit of juiciness.

I agree I like it on pizza. I like almost anything on pizza. Its like a burrito you can put ice cream or fish on or in its gonna be fine.
