Looks good. I want one. There's one close to me. Tempting but I gotta watch my sodium intake. I have high BP but it's controlled with meds. Part of being old(er), I guess.

It was very tasty. I hear ya on watching what I eat, sometimes it’s not so easy. I don’t do it often, but when I get the urge, I gotta splurge!

Ha! I had a very early appointment today which pushed my normal breakfast time out a couple of hours. I very nearly went down a similar path. (Ended up with egg-based brunch instead.)

As diabetic, that bagel is too high in CARBs, BUT the fat in the cream cheese will iron out the spikes
