Smoked brisket sandwich

Thinly sliced smoked beef brisket on toasted English muffin with mayo, Dijon mustard, tomato, onion, S&P. Really tasty!

Working on the last piece of brisket from a large piece I smoked a few months ago. Planning to smoke some ribs in a few weeks!

It was great! No pics!

Freshly cut grapefruit and pistachio malban for dessert!

To my knowlege "malban" is a general term for candy of the Turkish delight/nougat family. The variety I had today was nougat, covered with sliced pistachios. So good!

With Moka pot coffee!

Onions and relish are must-haves in my book. And the total weight of ketchup+mustard needs to be almost the same as the hot dog itself!
