The very first time you use the keyboard opening from opening the app, it doesn't know your keyboard size so it tries to take a guess. After your keyboard opens it knows the size.

So basicly if you see it happen again, just close the post/reply/pm you are making and open it again and it should correct the keyboard size.

I've tried to prebuild in the correct guesses but I guess for some reason 7+ wasn't correct. I'll check again now.

Android app crashes on first launch, Consistently. Has for the past 6 months I've been using it. Second launch it's fine.

crashes and restarts a lot. worst is when im on the bottom of a page and go to the next one, it always takes me back to the bottom

iPhone app crashes a lot. Also frequently won't let you "appreciate" other posts, and inserts question marks in copied text.

Usually either jumping between threads or trying to view an image.

I've seem to pinpoint 99% of the crashes now and it's related to the "Forums" screen where you can select 1 series, 2 series, etc. so if I'm going from messages back to the forum or switching from viewing the 1 series forum and going back to the 2 series forum, the app will crash multiple times a day with this specific action.

On Android, loading threads is a disaster all of a sudden. It doesn't parse the BB/HTML code and the photos are massive, formatting is entirely screwed up. Logged out and re-installed the app to no avail. It was fine just a few days ago...

While slide right , suggest action is "return to topic , not "to menu" which is not often use at all

I'm having using posting from mobile where it parses the quotation marks or apostrophes into other random characters, kind of like HTML code. Also, it doesn't automatically capitalize the first letter after a period.

Lastly, my Push Notifications settings aren't being retained, even after clearing devices and the cache on the phone, and logging back in.

Anyone else having these issues as well?

This is with the iOS app? Is this with the latest version? Here are some " and ' marks which are working for me but let me know which version of the app you are using and we can figure it out

If you upgrade to 4.3.33 or 4.3.34 you should see all the problems with the quotation marks fixed. Looking into the push issues you describe right now

Ok we've just now released version 4.3.35 which fixes the issue of your push settings not sticking. It usually takes about 1-3 hours for the new update to get into the Google Play store for everyone, so if you don't see version 4.3.35 in the store yet give it a few hours and check again
