Clean and oil after every use unless I'm going to the range again the next day. Old habits.

That's good, looks like me at 5 ft.

People either love them or hate them seems to be the case. Me personally, I don't care for them. But if you're looking I would suggest checking out the PMR30 as well. Different strengths and weaknesses but they sort of balance each other out in that way and I know two people who switched to the PMR from a Five-Seven and swear they'll never go back. Just depends what you are wanting to do with it.

Smoking deal on magpul le6920 made for mexican police, pm me if interested. Unique roll mark and priced at 689 with sling, 2 mags, cleaning kit. Guess they were headed for presidential guard duty and got cancelled.

Brought to me by fallen patriot C5driver.

The only firearm chambered in 5.7 that I'd consider purchasing would be the PS90.

Once I saw the FK BRNO 7.5mm pistol, the Five-Seven got put down a rung on my "ErmahgerdIt'dBeSoCoolToHaveThatPistol" ladder.

My bump in the night gun is a 1911 with home defense rounds one in the chamber seven in the magazine and a green Crimson trace laser. That green laser is as good as a flashlight.pretty confident that will protect my family.

I love 1911s, but i always wonder why people want to use them as a self defense weapon.

Safety, I don't need no stinking safety. It's in a finger pad safe next to the bedside

You could also use one of these

That shoots one of these super large caliber man stoppers that were used more 150 years ago.

I get that too and full agree with that. But the last bit of insult i want added to the injury of having to shoot someone in self defense is the police confiscating my expensive 1911 and holding it as evidence until the decision to indict is made.

There is guy who works at a LGS who used his Wilson Combat 1911 in self defense where he too was shot and wounded. The WC was covered in blood and then confiscated for about 14 months. In that time it was put into a plastic bag and not opened for the duration. The WC was ruined beyond repair. Lucky for him, he recovered from his wound and his pals at the LGS pitched in and bought him SW 1911.

He now carries and uses a polymer pistol for home defense.

That's a little bit fancier than mine. And with no markings is it registered?

This is 'Murica, we don't need to register guns.

That was an option at build time. No slide markings. Yes please.
