Should BMW do a continuation ?

Jag, Bentley and Aston Martin have done very desirable continuations. I'd like to see BMW do a 1930's 328 roadster.

BMW is in a lost/confused state right now as is.

Continuations such as this is not something that shoud be mentioned at the moment.

Interesting idea especially as Alpina could potentially do this role as they are inside BMW Corp in a few years.

I'd think though that the 328 and 507 aren't well known enough and are perhaps a bit too old now to do this with.

If I was BMW and doing it, I'd make every E3x M car starting with E30 and ending with E39 over a 10 year period.

Didn't even know this is a thing. Neat.
