M5 Cooling Issue

Hello,

Some how my old account died and could not get it reactivated. Memeber since 2022. 2011ninja user name.

Anyway, did they improve the cooling issue that had wide spread issues on the F90?

Currently own a 2022 G80 M3

Interested in new M5 as a big beast hwy cruiser.

My F90 never had a cooling issue. I ran it pretty hard and the temp never really moved.

That’s great to hear!

It was the Coolant Expansion Tank that seemed wide spread issue.

I know it’s an enthusiast community and we put a microscope on everything.

How many miles on the car?

What I was reading was about a coolant leak from the top of the engine.

I’ve had two M3’s. My wife is in the car with me most of the time so I don’t get to push it the way I want.

Makes sense to go M5. I would be buying CPO. My budget is $90K
