That is 62-124 MPH for those of us from countries that have landed people on the moon and measure distance in 12th’s.

Other thing to consider is the Electric side isnt putting out much power during the first few gears.. which would lead me to believe there is room for improvement on the 0-60.. once it gets moving is when the electric side is dumping power and backing off as it revs out.
Additionally the launch rpm isn't that high either considering other cars. Anyone know if the launch rpm is adjustable? There is additional power to be had out of the V8, let alone how the EV side dumps power. Last edited by DocWeatherington; 10-30-2024 at 11:58 AM.. |

Says the guy driving an SUV.
Every car today is heavier than 10 years ago. Hybrids and BEV are heavier yet. Your X3M is a super fun vehicle to drive. It is top heavy, who cares? The M5 is made to be an insanely fast luxury car, not a lightweight track special. Time to move on from the "iT'S HeaVy!!" trope. |

Rolling pulls are less so. My point is that wide variation in standing start acceleration is to be expected so the difference in AutoTop NL’s results in terms of standing start is not a reliable metric to judge the other result. Also, Joe Achilles got 3.1 0-60. As a side-note, I suspect you haven’t driven a powerful BMW PHEV. The mid-range is brutal and strong performance in-gear is not remotely surprising for the G90 to those of us who know what other PHEVs are like.

I saw that but they did not do the tests on the same spot they usually do so we have to wait for final testing to see the numbers and compareb
I also think it is high 6 car or low 7 car 100 to 200 I would love to see a drag race with f90 comp or at least a trap speed |

Even though cars have gotten heavier, this car really should weigh sub 5,000 lbs. And even though it'll do the numbers, the weight hurts dynamically. |

I don't think either.
M5 CS : power to weight ratio = 0.153 hp/lb G90 M5: power to weight ratio = 0.133 hp/lb
