I'm hoping this new M5 gets the same ventilated seats that the regular 5 series has now (different seat design, obviously). From owner reviews, it sounds like these are the first ventilated seats BMW has ever offered that actually work and get so cold you actually have to turn them off at times. The ones in my 2023 X3 M40i are straight-up trash, noisy with very little actual cooling. When you live in a hot desert climate, ventilated seats that actually get cold are a lifesaver in the summer.

nice Spaceballs reference... but yeah, seems like all the good cooled seats in other brands are of the "blow" variety, so maybe BMW finally got on board with that tech.
