Best Home Gym

Hello Everyone,

I cancelled my gym membership it was just too annoying always going and waiting for machines and etc. I wanted to see what all the home gym owners are using. Im looking for one of those all in one machines to build upper body strength.

Thanks!

I would go with a power rack like smokinHawk has. Maybe find one with pull/chin up bars as well.

These are pretty awesome for the solo user:

You can find them for about a grand

pull up bar plus adjustable dumbells is all you need.

+1 for Power Rack with pull up bar. Invest in bumper plates too! Also a pair of rings can be quite a versatile addition.
