Sig Pic Size?

Why am I limited to 19.5kb but I see other members sigs which are 48-50kb?

b/c i'm a newbie?

well.
as far as i know, looooooooong time ago.
the sig pic could be bigger/larger.
but it started getting smaller.
so the people with bigger sig pic are the ones who had that loooooooooong time ago, and didn't change it since.

that's what i'm thinking.

it's most likely older members who have not touched their signatures since the new restrictions were implemented, but are just uploading new pics to their server host with the same file name.
