There are plenty of '05s on lots right now, and they can easily be had for 28-29K. If a roadster is an option, I'd shell out a little more and jump on the S2000. Even when the warranty runs out, it'll be super reliable; it is a Honda after all. Also, I think the S2000 won that Top Gear award too.

LOL yeah Clarkson is obsessed with the S2000. But it does have bullet-proof reliability, just like the dead Prelude.

He's pretty much open to anything with a stick, I like cars a lot more than him so I do chores like these for him.

something cheaper than the budget allows and still a good car is the Mazda3, sedan or hatchback.
