They did.. this was the C36 AMG and they did come in manual. They were actually a pretty fun car to drive!

I only find non AMG with manual gearbox not an AMG with manual gearbox. Says the AMG came with a 4 speed automatic up to 1997 then 5 speed Automatic after.

Thats what I am thinking because I cant find anything OEM spec from AMG and this car stating a manual gearbox was offered.

According to my username everything I state is a fact, taking that into consideration I can tell you without a doubt that the above pictured car is in fact a c230 and not a c36amg

Don't quote me on this but your's might be a Euro import, because I am not sure if they were sold over here in manual. They were pretty fun but at the time not in the same league as the M3. They had less power and weren't as good in the backroads.

Hey man good work finding that. Looks like that's a tuner car but I guess than means you technically could have gotten it swapped to a manual if you dropped your car off to them??? I notice they have different center consoles???

The interior had such a comfortable feel to it. Felt like a leather couch.
They really dont build them like they use to.
