US 2014 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin - Rollcall
Who all is going to Austin for F1 this year?
I've been every year but this year I'm curious to see how things in Austin will be given that it's Halloween weekend. Halloween in Austin by itself attracts over 100k spectators so with F1 in town it could be quite a weekend. |

My favorite part of the races was listening to the sounds! Still will be a phenomenal experience for him. My dad took me to a grand prix when I was 10 and from that point on I became the biggest car enthusiast. Last edited by onatuesday; 10-18-2014 at 12:11 AM.. |

Think there's a good chance you'll be pleased (or at least be entertained). We were. Here's my comment from the Canadian GP: "Good day at the track and the sound impresses. No, there's no scream, but we liked the tone, the turbos spinning, and some neat noises we weren't sure of (probably regenerative things going on)."

T19 suites, not a great location but the big screens and hospitality are solid.

Neither Caterham or Marussia at the USGP. Perhaps having the major teams field three cars is the way to go. At least there would be about six extra competitive cars on the track; ( well if the others can catch up with the Mercs!). lol

2nd F1 race missed last year....no ear phones for the 1st one was hard of hearing for a few hours....hoping for a Hamilton, Bottas, Massa on podium with a Rosburg retirement.
...Turn 11, 8 guys, 43 foot RV in parking lot F (look for it with blue neons, lol), rented a house in downtown, first stop after the suv rental is SPECS for some beverages, It should be a bachelor type party weekend...maybe Hoping to drive at COTA next year with and if Chin Motorsports puts it on the calender next year. |

I was at the Fan Forum and someone asked the drivers what their favorite street legal car is and Esteban Gutierrez said his favorite is the BMW M4...wow I was ecstatic when he said it!
