So what other Forums do you belong to?
I am a car guy and a sports guy. I find myself going to two forums: my favorite college team forum and this one. So curious to see what other forums people belong too. I'm getting ready to order my M3 so I have been on this one quite a bit lately, as you can imagine. I have to say, compared to the sports forum, everyone seems to get along well and are generally pretty positive. Have a great holiday!

I belong to a few forums besides this one. I belong to three Corvette Stingray forums, two computer forums, Android forum, a forensic forum and a couple others.

you know, the usual car forum crossovers:
-Knitters Guild of America Webz (username: "yarnboy53") -KITEnet (dedicated to preservation of the sport of kite flying - username: "GallaudetLVR") - NAMBLA (even I wont make up a username for that one....) - belieberworld (username "marrymejustin3891839") etc.  (ok, more seriously, not much. currently just this and mbworld (but not very active there). previously on vwvortex back in my jetta driving youth and maybe some backpacking forum that I cant even remember what it was called. Try not to register with any real details about me (and have a dedicated email account that I never check whose sole job it is to receive messages from forums and stuff like that) so no real idea what else there might have been over the years.

The first forum I ever registered I was banned from in a week. I may have told the moderator a few cold truths about life and whining. That was a parenting forum.
This one I registered to because you guys were so bloody serious all the time and I'm drawn to ruining that. I have one car forum I read that's a german one and then an orchid forum, but I think I'm about to get banned from that too. Still can't believe I've survived here this long.

 Been a member since '04 over there. Back in those days it was an an amazing forum filled with enthusiasts.. very knowledgable and a lot of do-it-yourself type of people. However the old generation Z platform has become dirt cheap and now in the hands of the kids that ride illest and hella ghey. It was almost a little sad to see the forum disintegrate over the years. |
