looks nice, but the way the body is designed makes it seem like a crossover vehicle with the extremely large and high rear for a coupe.

I agree with crossover comment. It also looks very plain.

Nope. The front isnt too bad and the side-skirts are quite nice, but apart from that the rest of the car is quite plain to me. It's very square and a lot of the bodywork has no distinct features and looks quite flat.

Too funny.... it does seem a bit fat-assed, but it's a Caddy, not a Vette. Awesome thing, is that this bitch can hang with any of em. Very nice. Wished it was out when I was shopping for a new car.

Not a fan of the rear end and the C pillar roofline (like you've all said).

But I dig the front and the flared rear fenders.
Not a bad looking concept. The interior looks good too.

Ya the front end is the nicest part. Same with the sedan, I only like the car when I see it from the front...

Man, you pretty much sum up my opinion in all of these car design topics.

Yeah, the front end is nice, so are the rockers, but the sides and rear are way too slab-sided and dull. I also think the fast back style roof needs some sort of rear deck. It looks too much like a hatchback or something.

Holy shit... that is hot looking. GM is back. Hope the fat-ass look doesn't equate to fat-ass handling.

I'd be surprised if the production version get's those seats and dash.

Hey man call me crazy, but to each his own you know? I actually prefer (and call me crazy if you wish) the sedan to this. Then again, it's had the chance of being completed.

There's something about the coupe that looks unfinished, which isn't entirely unheard of for a concept. I think it's a good design as is, but to be great it needs to have those trivial details. They add up in the end.

Like I said, touch up the rear, add a little more visual complexity, maybe give it a slight rear decklid and viola, I'd be more than happy with it.

I like the new interior+exterior design but is the performance/reliability good?

Good to see someone agrees with me I totally agree with those improvements. That would really change it's stance too. At the moment it has a high/short rear that doesnt work. Reminds me of the C-class coupe. What are your thoughts about the interior? I think they got it perfect

I really like it, but my first thought was shuttle craft of original Star Trek vintage.

Now can they come out with a V version that weighs 3800 lbs?

It's still a concept design so the real deal will probably look a little different. Although basically right now it looks like a normal CTS just minus the two rear doors. It still weights almost 2 tons though, which is ridiculous for a coupe.
