2015 Resolutions
Let's hear what your resolution(s) is for 2015! Do you want to change something, start something, finally finish something, go somewhere, buy something, save more?
Let's hear it! Serious answers of course but stupidity is always welcome too |

I have a few. Here is my list- not in any particular orders, just listing things I will accomplish this year.
1. Get back in shape (lose 10-15 lbs and tone up). 2. Switch departments or find a job that I will enjoy more. 3. Launch a side business. 4. Travel as much as possible but within reasons as I am saving up for a house in a few years. |

1. Consolidate camera gear. Sell off unused stuff.
2. Get out and shoot more pics. 3. Get more exercise. 4. Eat less/better

Lol I somewhat agree. Thus I have been doing all those things mentioned. However, the new year gives that push/timeline to accomplish something.

I don't do them really either but I support those who chose to make a statement of change for their new year.
One thing I hate are all the New Years resolution people at the gym but luckily they start leaving after a month or two. @M_Six and @BMWf22 don't be part of this statistic |

Gym? Me? Not a chance. I just need to get out and walk more. And chances are very good that I'll ignore all my "resolutions" just as I do every year.

I have just been cutting down on food intake, do pushups, pullups, and crunches at home and just walk more. |

Last years resolution was to start getting in better shape (hit a certain body fat% and some fitness milestones). I did that, Im in the best shape of my life. I also competed in a tough mudder which was pretty cool and something I would have never thought I could have done or would. This year the game plan is to take my fitness up a notch and try to add some size to my frame. Going to hit the iron hard and see what happens after a year. (goal is 10 pounds of lean muscle)
I find the best way to stick to a resolution is to make a bet with someone, this will give you some sort of incentive to assist in your success IMO. Last year I made a bet with my buddy loser paid the other 5k. Yes 5k that will be motivation to anyone, and hey it worked we both met our goals . Just an idea

@GOLFFRR I agree...accountability is really the deciding factor for lots of people in success/fail.
Glad to hear you stuck with it. Great goal for this year too! Check out Lean Gains if you're looking for a sound strategy to move forward with (not that you asked but there ya go) |

One thing I like about it is it allows for muscle gains while maintaining a low BF and without the yo-yoing of traditional bulk/cut cycles |

My resolution is to make it to next New Year's Eve. And then make a similar resolution at that point in time and so forth.
So far, I'm meeting all my resolutions each year. |
