Project CARS
Will anyone here be playing Project CARS? Myself being a Forza guy I'm curious to see how this game plays! Available for PC now, Xbox One & PS4 tomorrow.
Metacritic scores: http://www.metacritic.com/game/plays...4/project-cars

I play it. It took me a while to set it all up with a wheel and visual settings, and I'm impressed. It's super realistic for a game that's not a hardcore sim, it feels great. My only disappointment is car selection, it doesn't even come with an M4. I suspect there will be DLCs coming.

Fantastic game! Love the engine by far the most realistic I've experienced. Nice track selection but limited cars for now. Also the sounds are amazing along side with dynamic weather and time
I also no need to grind like other games to acquire other cars |

What view do you typically default to? I'm very interested in this helmet cam. As a side note for you lucky powerful PC owners..they will be supporting Oculus VR

I use the helmet cam because it's the only camera that shifts perspective to apex. I like the effect, it makes the game even more realistic.

I got the game yesterday on PC and absolutely loving it! So awesomely fun
The 1M is definitely one of my favourite cars in the game, alongside the M3 GT3 race car, man that thing has got so much grip! |

I'm impressed with its realism. I was doing Brands Hatch community challenge and really had to push it. I ended up using the racing line an instructor thought me at the track and the car behaved like I remember it.

I had a chance to play it online with a friend. Not the cleanest lap, I'm not use to the car and the tyres were cold, but it was a lot of fun.

I think the physics are a bit too 'realistic.' Especially for standard PS4 controller. A proper steering wheel would make a huge difference. Some cars are almost impossible to drive.

I agree that using a (xbox) controller is very difficult thus far. Seems that a steering wheel is ideal for this game.

I play it, and have been playing for the last 1,5-2 years of Development.
Really good with a steering Wheel and pedals. Look to youtube to find videos from the creators for recomendations for setting up gfx and controllers. That helped me ALOT!!! Now its really good. Have just had aprox an hour of racing on the ring, on Monza and on Spa. Today the Lycan hypersport was added and there will be added more cars in the coming time. Maybe we should set up a grou for online gaming :-)
