So she sayin knowin damn well how much she made she still went to a BMW dealership to get a brand new M6..not even a used reg 6 series or a 3 series at the least but a top of the line M6. Why was she not over at a Toyota/Honda dealership or another used dealership. What the hell is wrong with people nowadays. Did she not even take into acct insurance and gas money for that beast?, screw the light, water, gas, and phone bill at home right?

Cant she have someone else buy and takeover her lease?

This is a case of someone claiming they are a victim, when they made themselves the victim.

Funny, though.

LOL. I like the angle they take...somehow this is the dealership's doing. The dumb bitch couldn't afford the car in the first place, it's not the dealership's fault for selling her something she can't afford...

Right same way I feel, why not live within your budget...Funny how some people out there with no money try to buy material shit to make themselves feel better. First off, why did she clean out her savings and put 30k on a car she knew full well she couldn't afford? Ummmm she couldn't buy a honda or a focus or some shit? Wtf? I agree with everyone else........You make 2k a month, but yet try to buy a car worth more then what your worth a year, something is wrong with this picture....hahahahahhaa dumb ass

Possibly one of the dumbest things to do when you can't afford the car.

Nice car though!

Here's the picture:
Dumbass woman leases car which she cannot begin to afford.
Dealer's agent commits fraud to enable her income to meet lease standards.
Good lawyer will sue dealership and win. Consumer will get her $30K back and be released from the contract.
Dumbass woman will have driven an M6 for months for free. Who's laughing now?
Only in America.

And here's the worst part. I bought a BMW solely because I would be joining a fraternity of financially stable, intellectual, movers and shakers.
Instead I now know that among us are deadbeat, dumbass morons who shake when they move. Maybe I'll sell the 335 and get into a G37.
Nahhh.

Since this is around again, I would offer to take over her payments. Not a bad deal, she put the $30K down and all that's needed is the $1300/month payments and I'm driving an M6...oh, it's the vert....I prefer the coupe. Never mind..

+1, America the beautiful, the only country in the world where stupidity is rewarded. Something tells me there is a back story to all of this, perhaps her neighbor got a new M5, then she wanted to one up the neighbor with the M6 Vert. My assumption is that she did not bring into consideration the insurance and gas costs.

$30,000 down and the payment is still $1300!?!?!? That is just wrong. What an idiot. Customers lie on applications to get the car and finance managers lie so they get approved. It does happeh, but not in an epidemic way. It the buyers fault. She signed it and she said she knew that they changed it!
