you heard right the best pizza is in the bronx. since you dont want to venture out there. i would say pretty much anywhere. pizza is like sex.. no matter how bad, it's still good.

good stuff, I hear that most americans don't like authentic italian pizza because they're so used to how we make it here in the U.S.

Traditional Italian pizza has a cracker like crust with a really thin layer of tomato sauce right?

I've been to Italy and Otto Pizzeria in the village comes very close/surpasses the pizza in Venice and Florence.

Some out of this word goat cheese pizza, clams, mushroom, etc. Wine list is unbelievable as well as the antipasti and pasta

I would start at Venezia and and work my way to Milano for shopping then go down to Pisa (Pisa torre) or Modena (Ferrari S.p.A.). From either one you can goto Firenze and to Roma. Then to Napoli from which you will eventually reach Sicilia!

When in Roma you will see why it is called the eternal city, it is truly monumental. Beyond everyones dreams, you must visit Rome at least once in your life time.

**Avoid driving in Napoli at all costs, even Italians avoid driving there.
