He was clearly defending against mad woman, but that video didn't look good at all. No charges filed against the manager, and manager decide not to file complaint against that woman.

Phone makers should put something in place that stops the recording when they hold the phones that way.

The pilot and bus driver is the last person I would piss em off. Hitting the bus driver is just LOW. It jeopardize other peoples life as well. Glad that bus was on a stop. If it was moving, I consider her as a terrorist.

I don't think the issue was him hitting her it was the fact that he's got a good 20" and 100 pounds on her and looked like Randy Johnson throwing a 100mph fast ball. He could have easily shoved her or held her down or even slapped but his force was not equal to the threat. That being said, I'm glad he did what he did:]

I haven't been to Panera since 2008. I liked them when they had free bread samples and only major casual diner with free wifi.

Would you feel bad if it were two men, or the bigger person was a woman, and the smaller one the man? I mean, I think she deserved it, flat out.
