Paypal Help! (how to refund a purchase)

I put my hd dvd player up for sale, and someone bought it but now that i think about it id like to keep it, so how do i cancel the transaction if it was handled through paypal?

You gotta talk to that guy first i guess, if he is ok with it, then there is a REFUND button.

That is, if he didn't "accept" it already. If he did, he has to do the refund via "send money."

Call paypal...my buddy recently did this today at work. He didnt want to send to this one guy who bought his phone through ebay because the buyer didnt have a confirmed address and had only 1 feedback which was negative.

they allow you to do a refund. and then if you went through ebay you gotta do a mutual ending through that.
