Pretty amazing, in a 5 series no less, wonder if a 3 series diesel would do even better? The 335i may be the last gasoline car I own, I have a feeling gas prices aren't going to get any cheaper over the years

Very cool. And you do not have to worry about disposal of batteries. Not knowing anything about diesel, what is the feasibility of a diesel/hybrid to add more acceleration and better city mileage?

Autoweek did this a couple of years ago with a group of cars and a Jetta TDI smoked the Prius....but then the tree huggers started whining about how they didn't do the test correctly.
i.e.: "oh yeah...lets do some city driving and find out who's best!" |
