It's the Sonata Edition. It's actually pretty clever and seems to be hiding (a very forced) A5 like swoopy curve on the side.

I would bet that chrome strip is for the turn signals. Audi showed an Audi A2 Concept at the IAA(Frankfurt) a five years ago that featured these wrap around turn signals. They would turn yellow when activated.

While amazing idea, that's a huge design feature on a car which probably 90% of it's drivers will have no idea. Not like they use their blinkers NOW!!!
