Best temp front license plate holder recos?
Just curious if anyone has some good recos for a front plate holder that one can use when parked, and pull the plate while driving?
I've found a few things online but none some reputable. |

We have done a bunch of the Pedal Haus quick release plates. Nice quality and goes on fast. Nice if you are parking in a city that gives tickets for no front plate.

What you are asking for is very dependent on the car you are affixing it to, unless you're talking double sided tape or velcro...
I use the sto-n-sho for my car, and it literally takes 2 seconds to remove the plate. The base is not seen unless you are under the car, and it uses the factory screws for the underpan, so no drilling required. |

I use the U.S. Millworks quick release which is held in place with 2 cotter pins but it sounds like you're looking for a mechanical plate that retracts out of sight. My buddy has a retractable plate on his M5 controlled by a switch inside the car, I will ask him who makes it

What about a magnetic solution? If it only for parking purposes and you want to be quick and with no tools that would fit the bill. You would need to put a couple powerful magnets under the bumper cover. Then all you would need to do is put some felt on the back of your plate and "stick" it to the front bumper. Time to leave? just grab the plate and go.
