Thought I'd share this with everyone - anyone who's from the tri-state area won't find this surprising lol.

- Targeting anyone making over $50 mill a year
- What does this include? = gas station, convenience store, conferencing rooms, water park, country club, hand wash + wax, 24 hour road side assistance, medical clinic, sleeping suites, and etc.

Firm is planning to open 250 locations internationally.

So if you don't like pumping gas with peasants here is what you have been looking for.

I think IF your making 50M/year you can afford to pay someone to take your car to a gas station! lol or better yet... have an underground tank as your house!! That's how the filthy rich do it.

Agree with the above, a complex that happens to have a gas station.

If you are super rich and are bothered by normal gas stations wouldn't you just avoid the problem and have someone that works for you go fill up the cars?

How far will a person drive to go to a nice gas station, for me it is maybe 2 blocks extra.

This. Just have a tank and pump installed next to your 153 car garage.
