How to do this?

Hi can anyone teach me how to rename a link...
for ex: www.e90post.com/123456789 --->how to change it to "E90POST" and when we click it on the "E90POST" , it opened up as www.e90post.com/123456789

I was confused how to do that..I try messing up with the CP already..

when u link something and click "ok"
u will notice that a part of it is highlighted for u
u just type it there
