Why in F-cks Sake would someone steal my wife's side view mirror

Overnight some asshole stole the side view mirror on her Subaru outback. it pisses me off that some punk did this because now we have to pay $342.00 to have it replaced.

sorry i just had to vent because I'm pissed and i let some punk ass get the better of me.

They stole it cuz theirs was broke and hers wasn't and by stealing your that saved them the $342.00, simple as that. And yes, very very shitty of them

i thought about that and i agree but the thing that pisses me off if this is true is that i live on a quiet dead end street so that would mean that maybe one of my neighbors was some how involved but who knows. all i know is I'm not going to do it to another Subaru owner.

Unfortunately it was more then likely someone from your neighborhood or at least told a friend "hey someone with your same car lives down the block, go take his mirror".

The same shit has happened to friends of mine while in college. A friends, friend had a rim stolen once. Yes, A RIM as in 1 of his rims. They jacked his car up and took the rim prolly cuz the fucker bent, broke or rashed the shit out of his.

People can be very pathetic

actually it seems that someone stole several mirrors (three and counting) on my street and around my neighborhood last night as i was just talking to one of my neighbors. ps thanxs for listening.

i live in nyc and the train station is around the corner. some mexican teens were kicking each mirror off as they walked down the block. i wanted to say something but then they might come back and throw a brick through my window.

i actually found the mirror. the little bast ids threw it through someones windshield a street over from mine so i'm going to see if the subaru dealer can salvage it. maybe same some money.

Damn.. I'm at NYC too. Similar thing happened to me.. One day, around the time when kids get off school, I saw a group of kids getting on top of cars and hopping to the next car and to the next car.... They did this to all the cars parked on the entire side block. I didn't do anything because I too feared about my cars' safety. They got some fukcnig nerve...

Do a lookup for the side mirror. It should be much less than what the dealer would charge.
