Upgrade Audio for 04 530i?

I'm interested in upgrading the audio system in a 2004 530i. I'd like to add XM, and MP3 disc capability, and maybe iPod connect. Wouldn't mind adding the navigation as well. Does BMW offer an upgrade package? Any aftermarket products to do this?
