Frosted Flakes. I have to put the milk in first, then add a bit of cereal. I don't like it to get soggy, so I eat it while it is still crunchy and then add more. Rinse and repeat. Yum yum!

but, as far as me being an "asshole" I was just trying to point out with humor that the extremely high sugar content of breakfast cereal is a newish mid-20th century phenomena and sooner or later that kind of diet will or could be a problem. Lucky Charms and Capt'n Crunch would be my foods of choice but I just can't metabolize that any more without bad consequences, headaches, weight-gain and loss of concentration.

They stopped making them a few years ago and I'm waiting for the day they bring 'em back again....Like a Golden Grahams version of Frosted Flakes, much thicker FF basically, delish
