With a name like that it would be a gotta-have, but for brakes I think I need to stick with reputable (if boringly named) brands. And if I had a brake company, I'd find a picture of our sponsored car that did not look like it had just sideswiped the grandstand.

For some reason, it reminds me of this:

Years back there was an ingredient company named "Lykasordic" and their slogan was "you just can't beat us" - when they got big, they had to change their name.

I got replica brembo brakes from Ali. They are made from recycled coke cans and the rotors and made from recycled shipping containers. Not quite as good as factory but they look awesome.

Here is a company who gets lots of flack about their name

http://www.bigassfans.com/

They use to have their name all over the product, they toned that down since some companies were refusing to use their product because of the name on the product. I think the Government of KY asked them to change the name.

However, I would never us brakes from a company in China. Yeah I know most all the pads today are made in China but the quality is controlled by the big name companies. I personally would never put my life in the hands of a no name Chinese company.

Think about the person who spent thousands $ of Brembo brake and they went out and bought dickass pads, that would be a real dickhead move...

Wow Big Ass Fans was getting complaints? I actually like their fans and designs... pretty high end fans and are also smart home compatible. One of these days I'll get around to getting one of their Haiku fans for the living room... but pretty pricey.

That being said I just went to a baptism at a Catholic Church in San Diego... I looked up at the ceiling and they had 3 of the industrial Big Ass fans doing a great job circulating the air in that big church... I knew what they where since I recognized the design, so good thing their logo isn't all over the fans.

My company has a couple they put in years ago, and it has BigAss on blades which you only see when it not spinning. They just put in a bunch of new ones and none of them have the name on but I know the design so you know who made them.

Hell yeah because the first thing that comes to my mind when I think new brake pads is some good old fashion sodomy.
