Looking for a 2018 GT3 allocation
Looking to get my hands on an allocation. I know I'm a little late to the game but anyone have any advice on how to best proceed? I'd like to order mine and pay MSRP.

Start calling dealers to see if they have an allocation, expand your radius until you find one. Good luck. You may need to wait for the second round of production.

Good luck, you might be able to get one late next year when the demand dies down but everything is allocated to either customers willing to pay the mark up or have a relationship with the dealer from buying other cars from them or you bought a 918 that includes you getting first dibs on ordering any new car from PCNA.

So would everyone else sucking on the Porsche kool aid......what's up slick? Your best bet is to contact the local dealers and express your interest. As noted above......the 918 VIP's will get first crack and then the customers with dealer relationships. See if one of the locals is willing to take a deposit from you.....GL on your hunt........Phil

When I was looking for a GT4 I know there was a dealer in Utah that had MSRP-only policy, can't remember the name....so just call all of the ones in Utah I guess. I want to say it was Ken Garff Porsche but not 100% sure. There was a couple others I found during my GT4 search but don't remember the names....they are out there, though they may give preference to local buyers first.

You can get MSRP. Just need to have a relationship with the dealership that builds over a period of time.

Coffee / tea / boba - whatever you prefer is on me, haha. Porsche takes care of people who are frequent customers. I was at Newport Porsche and saw this couple holding coffee taking a new 911 out for a test drive without a salesman. This situation piqued my interest so I asked about their policy regarding people going on test drives alone and with drinks! The reply was that this couple has purchased many 911s. In the world of cars like this, I bet there are agents who reach out to some clients to see if they would like their allocation. Just don't be too "flashy" http://www.latimes.com/business/auto...htmlstory.html |
