Wow.

I agree he can't speak, english is clearly not his first language, but I don't necessarily hold that against him if it's true. If it is his first/only language that's horrible though. I wouldn't say he's necessarily uneducated, he does say a few dumb things but it mostly seems to be he's just not sure what to say/not comfortable narrating.
