This is the fear. Are we giving too much power to these 'victims'?

How can you prove sexual misconduct that wasnt witnessed or documented? Can a woman with a grudge against a guy now claim sexual misconduct? Could she use it to pursue her own career goals (ie glass ceiling?)

It is a scary world out there, i almost want to walk around with a camera on my head to prove no foulplay. (except i'd be totally fucked because of my fast driving)

Women lear at men, grab their asses and make sexually suggestive comments about men, not to mention they're also guilt of stalking and rude or creepy behavior. This goes both ways yet it always is so one sided with men being accused the vast majority of the time.

Here's the honest truth. If you are a woman and want to grab me, i really dont give a sh!t. i'm not sensitive, i can take jokes, and i wouldnt cry wolf. Obviously there comes a point that it becomes 'too far'.

Can i even hit on a woman anymore without fearing i'd be considered a sexual threat? Words can be considered a sexual assault? What if i ask a woman on a date, or make an advance on her? How do we tell the difference between the 'chase' or 'courting' and sexual assault?

The interesting thing is when I saw this on the Today show this morning and they cut to commercials... it was Matt Lauer in a commercial for a local Hospice where he brought his dad. Those commercials have been running for years. Sure seemed like someone in the local news that I presume airs those ads must have gotten caught off-guard or was sleeping at the wheel. What a stupid commercial to show immediately after the spokesperson is fired for misconduct. :

Yeah that's why I don't call hr over it but sometimes it gets out of hand imo and I still don't report it. I think women are more quick to pull the trigger in some cases though it is warranted some of the time.

I am amazed at many of the comments on this thread. I understand not wanting to be politically correct on the one hand, but many of you seem to have gone to an ugly extreme. I suspect NBC would only fire him (Lauer) with concrete evidence, as he has been a cash cow for them for 20 years. The thing I am most upset about is Trump (who has really become a mere caricature) is in his daily fit of twitter stupidity, again called out a respected news organization as "fake". In watching NBC news for 30+ years, I have found them to be highly credible.
