Push button start question

OK, I ran into a snag with the X6 one of you other folks can enlighten me.

The last few weeks I took the X6 to a couple music concerts and tail gated with friends.

I pushed the start button without the brake applied and the ignition goes into the accessory position. However after about 10 minutes the car turns off.

I go over and push the button again for another 10 minutes of music.

Anyone know how to set up accessory so it does not time out and shut off?

i think u should hold it for a second or two without applying the break for it to go to the ON mode without the ignition on.
