in that trailer the only BMW I saw was an E28 5 series - non M... although I can understand why you would think that an F80 M3 is related.. they are just about the same size..

E28 M5 specs - 1430 kg OR 3153 lbs , length - 462 cm or 181.89 inches

F80 M3 specs - 1520 kg or 3351 lbs , length - 468.1 cm or 184.3 inches

There is a black SUV at :44 second mark with the door open and I believe he smashes someone's head onto a car.. other than that...

I pointed that out in my post.. and if that's an M3 in the shadows then so be it.. all I saw was a vehicle door open sitting in the shadows and it looks like an SUV.

The last bit of the trailer, with the truck jack-knifing, was filmed in a wood near my home in Brentwood, Essex - I think the set was dressed to look like an Eastern European forest. Days of diversions for us but interesting to see them filming there!

That roofline clearly tells me it is NOT an F80.

It's nuts that they're keeping the shot they got of Tom when he broke his ankle...

Can't wait to see it and hopefully see more BMWs pop up!

Hopefully they dont use M3 F80 in one scene and then regular 320 in the next one like they did in ghost protocol. It looked afwul when M8 started the jump but in the air and landing it was 320 bodykit on 16" wheels... You could see that VERY CLEARLY
