I'm picking up my M340i tomorrow. I'm wondering what I should look at to protect the front end from damage/road debris/etc.? I've seen some people mention XPEL. I've never had anything like that installed.

Any advice appreciated.

Take a look at the cosmetic section of the forum, there have been a few posts on this. I did Xpel ultimate full front, door handle cups, and luggage strip. I’m happy so far. Look for the detailer first, product second.

I assumed it’s not a leased car because I don’t see the point of PPF and Ceramic coating if you’re going to return in 3 yrs. you’re just doing next owner the favor. If you own it then yeah I’d do all the protection.

Our local BMW CCA had an event yesterday at the XPEL San Antonio location/HQ, and they applied the XPEL film to the front bumper while we were there. They gave us 15% discount coupon and happy to share if anyone wants it.

Attached are the pictures of the Portimao Blue M340i they applied 'Ultimate plus' XPEL film
