Pretty crazy, not only do you have to worry about the state DMV handling these cases correctly, but also every other city/'s subcontractor systems. I wonder if there are any hidden errors, like a surveillance / toll system that borked as a result...

sounds like the company dmv has contracted to do the ticket processing had contracted yet another company to do software development. We all know how bad these software vendors are.

If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."
