My new house!!
Well Im moving into my new house finally. I bought it last October and construction was finally finished the end of July. I am 28 and this is my first house so Im pretty excited!

Congratulations. Homeownership is definitely a major accomplishment. I was a little older at 29 when I bought my first place. You definitely have more space than our first place
 We just moved into a new home a few months back. Its always a great feeling. This may resurrect the "Cribs" thread.

Nice job! Living in Cali, I can only dream of being able to live in a home like that. Right now, I can only buy homes in other states and let other people live in them.

you alone in the purchase? i would say wait to finish the basement also, my parents house new construction had a slight crack in the foundation a little over yr old. good thing the basement wasn't finished because water would would ruined a lot of stuff.
