2008 Corvette Z06: 10K off sticker

My dealer has a new 2008 Z06 that with GM's new employee pricing is less than what I paid for my M3 (both cars are fully loaded). Sounds like a phenominal deal for anyone looking for a fast weekend driver. My car is a DD so that was never in the cards.

I'd take the m3 over the vette. I love the vette but I think the m3 is the better car overall.

Z06 is a fast car, a great car but the ZR1 is close to being a world beater. Brakes (same as on an Enzo), power (20% more), suspension (magnetic, same as on Ferrari 599), exclusivity... yep, if you are gonna buy a Vette, this would be the one to get... Z06 ain't bad either...

10K off sticker for a Z06 is pretty standard. When I was looking at cars starting in last november till i got my 135i in april, this deal was always available. There's a corvette forum on the internet where dealers would post deals. they have c6 vettes going for $37K sometimes.

I don't care for the shape of the c6 though. C5 was a beauty, thats why I used to have one. That and it was fun walking e46 m3's.

I can't decide.

I know it will be great seing a Z06 on a rack next to the Chevy Cavalier and the same tech servicing both as I get shuttled to work.

u guys take ur hate towards brand too far sometimes. giving Z06 no or little credit is not too wise

i like the z06 but could never pull the trigger in buying one for some reason, but 10k off is great deal.

I don't hate the vette or the concept.

I hate GM and how it destroyed cars.

The vette is not that great a car considering who is building it.

The vette should be respected in the industry. Instead it is a GM toy that gets little traction by consumers. Maybe they like the Cadillac SLR better which is the same car for the most part.
