Car cover for the G20?
Does anyone have a car cover for their G20? I'm looking for a cheap option and not the oem BMW car covers since it'll be used maybe once every week for a few hours if that.
I was thinking about something from Amazon that may fit but figured I'd ask if anyone has tried on from there which they'd recommend. Thanks |

If it were me I would get something custom that fits properly versus something universal.

Here's a bunch of options. I recall the oem cover is made from Noah material. Likely made by covercraft for BMW.

Alright guys, I ended up getting a cheap car cover from Amazon for like 35 bucks lol. Before you say it's look crappy, trust me I know but I'm not going to spend in the 100s for a cover that is being used for 2-3 hours tops once a week. Just tons of birds in this parking lot, so it'll do the job of keeping the car clean. It actually isn't too bad, underneath lined with soft cotton to prevent scratches too.
Anyways I'll attach pictures lol |

Congrats, the white definitely is hard to stay clean so the cover will help. I will not do white again.

I love white and noticed it stays looking clean for a lot longer than darker colors. But then again I have not had a non white car in over 6 years so my opinion may be flawed lol.

$35 for a cover with a cotton underside is VFM. I wouldn’t pay 100s for a car cover either.
Also, white and silver are extremely easy to keep clean. I have two white and two dark colored cars in the garage right now and the dark cars are a pain to keep clean. |

Gonna revive this thread. Any recommendation for a decent quality car cover for inside garage? Price point 100 - 200 dollars.

As far as covers go I have had a ton of them. The more you spend the better they are in general, but I have had a number of cheap ones in the past for my older cars with poor paint jobs and for my truck, but the BMWs and sportscars get high end indoor or outdoor covers from Covercraft and the like.

Looking to buy one with waterproof protection since I tend to leave the car outdoors for several days a week. Any recommendations? Links above seem to be expired.

I always used custom cut Covercraft covers. I had ones for outside and strictly inside.
